Thank you to the PTA Council of Baltimore County board for hosting a Special General Meeting on Monday night to discuss this important issue. Thank you to representatives from 26 PTA locals from around the county who attended and voted.
Special General Membership Meeting February 11th! This special general membership meeting is being called to allow delegates to discuss the pros and cons of a hybrid school board.
There is a motion pending that was brought forth at the regular general membership meeting on January 31st by the Dulaney High School PTSA that the Baltimore County PTA Council support and advocate for the formation of a hybrid school board. Following additional discussion at this special meeting, a vote will be taken on the motion.

Due to time restraints, there is no time to distribute the four regular delegate voting cards. Anyone wishing to vote on this issue must have a signed note from their PTA president authorizing them to vote on behalf of their PTA as well as their PTA membership card from the same local.
