Board of Education invites feedback on changing meeting location
TOWSON, MD— The Baltimore County BOE is requesting feedback from the community as it considers changing the location of all board meetings occurring after 7/1/2013.
Board meetings are currently held in the ESS Building on BCPS’s Greenwood Campus at 6901 Charles Street in Towson. The proposed change would relocate meetings to the Jefferson Building at 105 W.Chesapeake Avenue in Towson. The location change would result in efficiencies as BCPS staff offices relocate to the Jefferson Building, a measure that’s saving the system approximately $1.5 million.
All parents, teachers, administrators and other community members are asked to share their feedback on the proposed change at http://bit.ly/XY5A2u by March 15, 2013.
